may have to be dry-cleaned after usage, while a lighter
comforter most often can easily be thrown in the home
washer, however; this all depends on the fabric! Also,
a comforter with higher thread counts wrinkle less,
so keep that in mind when looking for beddings as to
whether your daybed will be more of a decoration piece
or purposeful piece. Higher thread counts are a little
more wrinkle resistant, which allows the comforter to
keep a more pleasant appearance throughout the wear
and tear of hosting people on the furniture.
A
simple sheet can be used under the daybed comforter
and can be tucked into cushions. Remember sheets can
be easily washed after guest's usage, unlike a thick
comforter!
